Grooveshark updated their service, and I gave it a try. I used Grooveshark a couple of years ago, and it fell by the wayside in favor of other services. While trying out the new version, I discovered Grooveshark has more of the music I like.

Spotify doesn’t stream The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, or Frank Zappa. I found all these on Grooveshark along with obscure recordings like Klark Kent.

Effective January 1, 2013, the Song of the Day playlist will migrate to Grooveshark. I will setup the 2012 list there as well.
