I’m a big fan of Google Plus. It’s much more organized and gives the user greater control over their social media experience than Facebook. For instance, Google Plus lets you edit entries. Facebook doesn’t. Photos are easier to post to Google Plus, especially if taken with an Android phone.
“Friends” are organized into circles – groups you control by whatever category or classification you want. With Google Plus, you can keep your work “friends” segregated from your friends that are into music, or have a “friend” in both groups, if that really applies. It’s more like your real life is. Do all your work friends know your friends in your neighborhood? Probably not.
I’ve been telling friends of mine about Google Plus, and it’s much easier to show them the benefits.
